Terms of Service
These terms keep the WebSorted setup clear: we help local businesses get online quickly, while third-party services like Google and Stripe keep control of their own rules.
The service
WebSorted provides website previews, hosted websites, dashboards, enquiry tools, review tools, Google Business Profile support and related setup help for local businesses.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate business details, having permission to use any supplied content, and keeping your login details secure. If Google, payment providers or other third parties require confirmation from the business owner, you agree to provide it promptly.
Google Business Profile support
Where possible, WebSorted can submit saved business details to Google Business Profile from the backend. Google controls listing eligibility, verification, approval, review links, profile status and what changes it accepts. Some steps may still require owner approval, a verification method or a code returned by Google.
Payments and cancellation
Setup fees and subscriptions are shown before checkout. Subscription billing continues until cancelled. Cancelling may stop hosting, dashboard access, ongoing edits, automated syncs and support features.
Generated content
WebSorted may use AI-assisted tools to draft website copy, local SEO content, Google profile wording and support notes. Generated content should be reviewed for accuracy before it is treated as final.
Service availability
We aim to keep WebSorted reliable, but no online service is guaranteed to be uninterrupted. We may update, pause or change features to improve the product, maintain security or comply with provider rules.
